At age 59 I have devoted the majority of my adult life to helping others help themselves. I started from scratch; After my military experience ended in 1967, armed only with a GED I began to serve corporate America as a salesman, rising from the ranks of front lines sales to a position of Retail Sales Management of luxury Yachts for a well respected manufacturer. I was in a position to teach and encourage individuals with respect to overcoming "negative" thinking, bias and opposition, through faith; by committing to a course, envisioning the success and sticking to it.
     
 
I had proven to myself that there is room in our society for EVERYONE to succeed regardless of education or experience. Continuing my career I led by example and became a National Sales Manager; having served three companies before I transitioned into self employment about 15 years ago. Working for myself I was able to make a considerable amount of money in my first year in real estate investing which allowed me to continue my passion of ministry to others.
     
 
After 12 years of Real Estate; owning and managing 9 properties with over 26 tenants, and having helped numerous others who aspired to enter that business; we are now making another course change in order to allow ourselves to rise to the next level of freedom and financial independence in our lives.
